Ashley

Ashley serves as the English Intake Coordinator and Case Manager for the Personal Injury department. She is often the first point of contact for clients and is committed to creating a supportive, professional experience from the initial consultation through ongoing case coordination.
In her role, Ashley conducts client intake, gathers and organizes case information, and maintains clear communication between clients and the legal and medical teams to help ensure cases progress efficiently. She is known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to guide clients through what can be a complex and stressful process with clarity and compassion.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her mini dachshund and being with her boyfriend.
