Brandy Porterfield

Brandy Porterfield serves as the Director of Operations for the Personal Injury Department at Advanced Health Solutions, where she leads the operational strategy and coordination that supports patients throughout their recovery journey. With a strong passion for helping others, Brandy is committed to ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their treatment while receiving exceptional care from the organization’s providers and case managers.

In her role, she oversees all PI Operations and works closely with law firms and clinical teams, to ensure a seamless coordination of care, and clear communication. With an analytical leadership style and solution-oriented mindset, Brandy brings a strategic and detail-focused approach to improving workflows, strengthening team collaboration, and enhancing patient outcomes.

Her educational background in Nursing and Public Health provides her with a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of healthcare.
Brandy is deeply committed to advocating for patients and ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with family and friends while finding meaningful ways to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
